#Burundicoup justified

The current situation in Burundi is sad we all agree...it is not okay that governments at this day and age have to be forced out of power through coups. but what else is there to be done? in most african states, the rich, leaders and people who hold positions of influence are basically above the law. Take them to court today and you'll meet them in the streets tommorow like nothing happened! they have extensively corrupted the judiciary and now all the laws that protect us against criminals like them, protects them from scrutiny and prosecution from us against the crimes they have commited.
The judiciary systems have since turned to scarecrows in that they are only there to prosecute and scare the poor while the rich continue to thrive in the lucrative illegal practices such as corruption, tribalism and dictatorship just to mention a few.
when pushed to a corner, even the calmest of creatures is expected to retaliate! the people of Burundi have shown crystal clearly that they don't want Nkurunziza to be their leader. so the question is,who does he want to lead? the people took the case to court as it was unconstitutional to run for office a third time but once again we were shown that most african courts are puppet shows run by the rich and powerfull. The coup was a last result since not even riots seemed to work.someone once said that democracy has its price! it does not come easy and blood will be shed in its quest.
The presidents of the East African Community met eventually to discuss the Burundi unrests.it was during their meeting that the coup ocurred and ooh how quick they were in condemning the coup! nome however told it as it is that Nkurunziza's quest for a third term was unconstitutional and illegal! showing us how much they support each other even in wrong ...i write a note to the conscience of  all the leaders present, know that being silent  when bad things are happening is as  good as taking part in it and also know that if you can't be part of the solution, you are part of the problem
