I am my mother's pride,not her tribe . . .

The same blood flowing in your veins flows in mine and i  everyone else you see,that tells us something,that we are one,we are all human.
All these diversities that we keep adding onto ourselves are only seeming to pull us apart and leading us to forget who we are. Race,religion,social class,tribalism are all human efforts to make them different,to make them unique,make them stand out! And it is in the midst of this self centred motives that we loose focus of who we are;
if you are rich,know that you are human first,
If you are a muslim,know that you are human first,
If you are a kikuyu,luo,kalenjin or luhya,know that you are human first
And if you are white,know also that you were human first.
All the hatred and social ills going on in society;racism,corruption,tribalism,religious extreemism (terrorism) are just sad considering that we are society of the same species.
By branding ourselves tags under religion,social class,race and/or tribes we mostly forget that those are just temporary labels and the permanent thing about us is that we are all human!the sooner we understand this the better! When we understand this simple fact the world will be such a better place!
When you don't discriminate your brother on the basis of their skin colour,When you dont kill for religion,When you dont favour the people who speak the same language as you and When you don't exploit the public for selfish gains and enrichment! How much better do you think this world would be? I say it would be like heaven! Where people respect,love and care for each other :).
So i say let not these labels separate us but rather our diversities should strengthen us with the basis of us being one.Lets respect and love each other knowing you are your mother's PRIDE not her TRIBE.
